Functional Flow



Using a variety of movement techniques/props, including the LYT METHOD of movement, we will work on restoring alignment to encourage better stability mobility flexibility & balance. Options provided to challenge you where you are at. Beginner to advanced, however some form of prior activity/movement practice suggested. Must be able to stand up, lay down and move around the mat.
