Basement STRENGTH flow

Strength is a faster paced more rigorous practice.

Using a variety of movement techniques/props, including the LYTMETHOD of movement, we will work on restoring alignment to encourage better stability mobility flexibility & balance. lots of options provided to challenge you where you are at. beginner to advanced. Must be able to stand up and lay down on the mat.
